What is a Backorder?
A backorder occurs when an item is temporarily out of stock but is still available for purchase. Your order will be shipped as soon as new stock arrives.
Estimated Availability

The estimated dispatch date will be provided at the time of purchase (e.g., Late August 2025)
- This is an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs delays
Order Processing
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
- Your order guarantees allocation from our incoming stocks
- Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received (“first come, first served”)
- Backorders are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed
- In lieu of cancellation, customers may request that the value of their backorder be issued as store credit, which may be applied toward the purchase of any other available item
Communication
- We will notify you via email if there are changes to the estimated dispatch date.
- Tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Multiple Items in One Order
- If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may ship them together once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.
