Backorder Guidelines

What is a Backorder?

A backorder occurs when an item is temporarily out of stock but is still available for purchase. Your order will be shipped as soon as new stock arrives.

Estimated Availability

  • The estimated dispatch date will be provided at the time of purchase (e.g., Late August 2025)
  • This is an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs delays

Order Processing

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
  • Your order guarantees allocation from our incoming stocks
  • Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received (“first come, first served”)
  • Backorders are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed
  • In lieu of cancellation, customers may request that the value of their backorder be issued as store credit, which may be applied toward the purchase of any other available item

Communication

  • We will notify you via email if there are changes to the estimated dispatch date.
  • Tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

Multiple Items in One Order

  • If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may ship them together once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.
