Do you have a physical store?

We operate online exclusively and do not maintain a physical store. Shipping is free for all manual espresso makers.

Can I pick up my order?

• Selected items can be picked-up in person from our BGC Taguig location. Please see the label under "Add to cart" button if the item you are interested in is available for pick-up.
• After placing your order for pick-up, please send us a message on Facebook or Instagram to schedule your pick-up time 

What are the available payment methods?

• Flair Espresso and Cafelat: Online transfer / Bank Deposit; Credit Card (via Paypal)
• DF54/DF64, Niche Zero Grinders: Online transfer / Bank Deposit
• Full payment is required to process your order for shipping

How long does delivery take?

Flair Espresso/Cafelat

• Metro Manila: Same day delivery
• Luzon: 3-5 days
• Vismin: 5-10 days

DF54/DF64 including Flair bundles

• Metro Manila: 2-3 days
• Luzon: 3-5 days
• Vismin: 5-10 days

Niche Zero:

• Backorder: 3-4 weeks
