Do you have a physical store?

We operate online exclusively and do not maintain a physical store. Standard shipping is free for all manual espresso makers.

What are the available payment methods?

• Flair Espresso and Cafelat: Online transfer / Bank Deposit; Credit Card (via Paypal)
• DF54/DF64, Niche Zero Grinders: Online transfer / Bank Deposit
• Straight payment only for credit card transactions. You can check with your bank for installment conversion
• Installment / Pay Later options are available on Lazada or Shopee

Account details / payment request link (for credit card) will be sent to your email. Payment must be verified before delivery can be arranged. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).

Do you offer installment plans?

We do not offer direct in-store installment plans at this time. However, most major Philippine credit cards allow you to convert any straight retail or online purchase into light monthly installments after making your payment.

If you wish to pay in installments, you can simply complete your purchase on our website using a standard credit card payment (via Paypal). Once the transaction reflects on your account, you can apply for a transaction or balance conversion directly through your bank's mobile app, website, or customer service hotline.

Below are the standard installment conversion procedures for some major local banks:

• BPI (Special Installment Plan / Balance Conversion): You can convert single online purchases (minimum ₱5,000 per transaction) into installments through the BPI Help & Support channels. Applications must be submitted at least 5 days before your statement due date.

• BDO (Purchase Convert): BDO offers a "Purchase Convert" program for retail and online transactions. You can easily apply for this via the BDO Pay App (under the Cash Installment icon), the BDO Online App (via More > Installment Offers), or by calling the BDO Customer Service hotline.

• RCBC (UNLI 0% / UNLI Installment): RCBC offers one of the most flexible systems through the RCBC Pulz App. You can view your recent unbilled transactions, tap "Convert to Installment," and choose a 3-month 0% interest term (with a minimal processing fee) or longer terms with minimal add-on interest.

• Metrobank (Easy Installment): You can convert your online purchases or outstanding balances into light monthly amortizations for up to 48 months. Applications can be processed online via Metrobank’s dedicated web portal or by calling their hotline.

• UnionBank (EasyConvert): UnionBank allows you to convert straight online purchases into monthly installments directly inside the UnionBank Online App. Just select your credit card, view your recent transactions, tap the specific purchase you made on our site, and select "EasyConvert" to choose your preferred monthly payment plan. 👉 View UnionBank EasyConvert Guide

🔍 Don't see your bank listed here? Don't worry! Almost all other credit card providers in the Philippines (such as Security Bank, HSBC, EastWest, PNB, and Chinabank) offer similar conversion programs. Simply log into your respective bank's mobile banking app after your purchase, or search for your bank's name followed by "Purchase Convert" or "Balance Conversion" on their official website to view their specific steps.

⚠️ Note for Cardholders: Terms, interest rates, minimum transaction amounts, and fixed processing fees (usually ranging from ₱100 to ₱350) vary per bank. We highly recommend checking your bank’s specific guidelines or calling your card issuer before purchasing to confirm your card's current eligibility.

Can I pick up my order?

• Selected items can be picked-up in person from our BGC Taguig location. Please see the label under "Add to cart" button if the item you are interested in is available for pick-up.
• After placing your order for pick-up, please send us a message on Facebook or Instagram to schedule your pick-up date and time 
• Payment upon pick-up is accepted; however, it must be settled exclusively via online transfer (GCash or bank transfer)
• Upon pick-up, customers may inspect the item for physical damage and verify that all parts and accessories are complete. Once the inspection is complete and acknowledged, the item will be officially released.
• Please note that no product demonstrations or test runs will be conducted during pick-up. For any issues with the product upon testing at home, warranty will apply
