The Classic is the original Flair Espresso Maker that turned the craft coffee industry on its head in 2016. The completely manual lever-press is capable of brewing between 6-9 BAR pressure, exactly what is needed to handcraft café quality espresso from wherever you are. New for 2025 -- updated with a minimalist pressure gauge, both the Bottomless 2-in-1 portafilter and the Flow-Control Portafilter, the No-Preheat Thin Walled Cylinder, with Flair’s traditional diecast aluminum press stand. The molded piston has also been updated and undergoes secondary CNC machining for improved accuracy and strength.
