Warranty Information

Flair 58 Plus, Flair 58 and Flair 58x Warranty

The Flair 58 Press Stand and the metal components (non-electrical) of the Flair 58 and Flair 58x Brew Head are warranted against functional defects for five (5) years, from date of purchase, when used in accordance with all operating and safety instructions.

The electrical components of the Preheat System of the Flair 58 are warranted against functional defects for two (2) years from the purchase date, again when used in accordance with all operating and safety instructions.

The Flair 58 Pressure Gauge, Portafilter, Basket and Tamper are warranted against functional defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase, when used in accordance with all operating and safety instructions.

All other parts of the Flair 58 and Flair 58x that are more subject to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to O-rings and Silicone Sleeves, are warranted against defects in material or malfunction for six (6) months from the purchase date, although these items are expected to last beyond the warranty. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty period.

PRO and PRO 2 Warranty

The Flair PRO and PRO 2 Press Stand, Brewing Cylinder and Stainless Steel Plunger are warrantied against functional defects for five (5) years from the purchase date, when used in accordance with all operating instructions.

Parts that are more subject to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to O-rings, Dispersion Screen, Silicone Sleeves, Piston Stem, and Portafilter are warranted against defects in material or malfunction for one (1) year from the purchase date, although these items are expected to last beyond the warranty.

The pressure gauge is sensitive to impact and must remain dry outside at all times. Failure to comply with this will void any warranty claims.


NEO, Classic and Signature Warranty

The Flair Espresso Maker NEO, Classic and Signature models Standard Press Stand and metal Brewing Cylinders are warranted against functional defects for three (3) years from the purchase date, when used in accordance with all operating instructions.

Parts that are more subject to normal wear and tear, such as O-rings, Silicone Sleeve, Piston, Pressure Gauge and Portafilter are warranted against defects in material or malfunction for six (6) months from the purchase date, although these items are expected to last beyond the warranty.


NEO Flex Warranty

The Flair Espresso Maker NEO Flex Press Stand and metal Brewing Cylinders are warranted against functional defects for one (1) year from the purchase date, when used in accordance with all operating instructions.

Parts that are more subject to normal wear and tear, such as O-rings, Silicone Sleeve, Piston and Portafilters are warranted against defects in material or malfunction for six (6) months from the purchase date, although these items are expected to last beyond the warranty.

Wizard Steamer Warranty

Stainless Steel parts of the Wizard Steamer, like the tank and handle connectors, are warranted against functional defects for one (1) year from the purchase date, when used in accordance with all operating instructions.

All other parts of the Wizard Steamer that are more subject to normal wear are warranted against functional defects for six (6) months from the purchase date, when used in accordance with all operating instructions, although these items are expected to last beyond the warranty.

Niche Zero Grinder

1 year warranty from shipment date for mechanical defects in material and workmanship. At its sole discretion, Manila Espresso will either repair or replace the product found to be defective. The warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser. The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use of the Niche Zero Grinder®, use of improper voltage or current, improper routine maintenance, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, unauthorized repair, or alteration by anyone other than qualified Manila Espresso personnel. Manila Espresso does not offer repairs for units beyond the warranty period.

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

All above warranties apply only when the product and parts are used in accordance with all operating instructions. The warranty does not include shipping costs. The warranty becomes void if the product or parts are modified, abused or improperly used, damaged by accident or neglect, or if any parts are improperly installed.

HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY?

Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty period.

Please send your purchase information, description of the issue, and photos/video if applicable. All defective product claims will be handled on an individual basis by our Customer Service that will ask you to describe the problem and provide the purchase date and location. Upon confirmation of the defect, we will send you instructions on how to return the product or defective part. Take note that customers are liable for shipping costs.
