Newly Upgraded Structure of the Espresso Distributor
This IKAPE espresso leveler features a new construction with two bearings, making it possible to rotate the leveler with less effort. Traditional coffee distributor and gravity distributor, when rotating, the distributor is rotating as a whole, while IKAPE new distributor is a one-piece distributor with bottom rotating and two bearings, which makes it easier to rotate.
Magnetic Levitation Balance Ring for Anti-squatting
Compared to the traditional distributor, this new espresso distributor balance ring from IKAPE does not rely on its own gravity to fall, but has a built-in magnetic suction ring that utilizes the principle of magnetic repulsion to present a feeling of magnetic levitation in the balance ring. When leveling the coffee powder, it will have the effect of pressing back. In The coffee distributor only needs to finish the surface of the coffee powder evenly, providing a flat surface for coffee tamper tamping. Newly Optimized 9 Deformation Distributor Surface
The traditional espresso distributor is usually 3 or 4 sided and has a more pronounced undulation, resulting in a less pronounced leveling of the coffee grounds during the spinning process. Even some distributor in the reverse operation, there will be stuck a lot of coffee powder in the distributor bottom surface, because these distributor bottom surface, clockwise and counterclockwise rotation, the shape of the paddle surface is not the same, so the effect is not the same.
