Usage Recommendations

① Please use fresh, medium-dark roast coffee beans (roasted within 40 days) for a richer crema. Pre-ground coffee is not recommended.

② Use 18 grams of coffee beans. You will get double shots espresso. For a single espresso shot, you will need to purchase a replacement single shot basket.

③ Please use the same grind size as your semi-automatic espresso machine. Avoid grinding too finely. If extraction is difficult (no espresso is produced), try using a coarser grind.

④ Please use at least 50 ml of water, as the machine will consume 15-20 ml of water during extraction. Therefore, 50 ml of water will typically yield approximately 30-35 ml of espresso; 60 ml is recommended. The exact extraction volume will depend on the actual extraction process.

⑤Never use a coffee tamper when the coffee machine basket is empty of coffee grounds. Because the basket tends to taper downwards, pressing the coffee tamper into the basket will cause it to become stuck.
